Oct 22nd, 2021 – 32nd International Day: the current approach to the aortic valve

The aortic valve is located at the centre of the heart, not only from an anatomical point of view, but certainly in our practice as cardiologists and surgeons. It is the cardiac structure that has undergone the most radical changes in recent years, imposing modifications in both our operative indications and treatment techniques.

It is this vast challenge that the Monaco Cardio-Thoracic Centre’s Scientific Day, on Friday 22nd October 2021 in the Salle Eiffel of the Hôtel Hermitage, was tackling.

Numerous speakers, both French and foreign, were invited to share their experience.
